This note covers the OnceTools website. Individual desktop tools may have their own local-only behavior, which is described on each tool page.
What we believe
- No advertising or marketing pixels.
- Free tools should not require an account just to be explored.
- Collect only what is needed to answer a request or deliver a purchase.
- Never sell personal information to data brokers.
Custom inquiries
Your email, name, workflow description, budget, and sharing preference are used to scope, quote, and deliver a request. Resend may process the message to send notifications and receipts.
Local tools
Tools marked local are designed to process files on your device. They do not upload working files to OnceTools. If a release needs network access for updates or delivery, the tool page should say so.
Operations
Vercel, Supabase, and related service providers may create basic operational logs such as IP address and request time for security and troubleshooting.
Your request
To correct or delete an inquiry, reply from the email address used for the request. We will handle it directly rather than making you navigate an account dashboard.
